Application for Formulas No.3 and No.4: Rub in the base coat for the top grain coating with a plush pad and dry the finish in an oven for 30 min at 65C (150F). Apply the second coat with a plush pad and dry under the same conditions.
Plate the samples at 88C (190F) between preheated ferro plates. Warm the press for 30 S then press for 10 s at 0.89 MPa (130 psi). |
