| 配制方法： |
Melt Phase A at 75-80C. Heat Phase B to 75-80C as well, add to Phase A with agitation. Mix Phase C separately, sprinkle in Phase D with rapid agitation until completely dispersed. Neutralize with Phase E.
Cool batch to 40C with agitation, add the carbomer dispersion and Phase F. |
