| 配制方法： |
Charge vessel with water, Allantoin and EDTA and start mixing.
Sprinkle in Carbopol 940 with good agitation. Mix until Carbopol is completely dispersed. Heat to 60C and add Germaben II followed by triethanolamine. Premix and heat Phase B ingredients to 60C. Add Phase B to the batch with mixing. Cool Batch to 40C and add Phase C ingredients in given order. Cool to room temperature with mixing. |
