Add RHODIGEL to the water slowly, while agitating at high shear.
RHODIGEL will become uniformly distributed throughout the water and thickening will begin. At this time, adjust to gentle mixing. Gentle, uniform mixing will solubilize the RHODIGEL in time and will also minimize air entrapment. Add glycerin and mix until uniform. Heat A to 50C and hold this temperature while adding remaining ingredinets. Add B ingredients in order using gentle mixing to avoid air entrapment.
Addition of C will thicken formula to a gel consistency. |
